There are 5 default views of your prospect lists:
Recent
Recent prospects sorted by most last contact date.
All
All prospects sorted by first contact date.
Open
Prospects where Status is Open sorted by first contact date. This includes new prospects and prospects who haven't been contacted or qualified yet.
Qualified
Prospects where status is Qualified sorted by first contact date.
Closed-Won
Prospects who have converted to Sales with Closed-Won status sorted by first contact date.
To view the details of a Prospect, click on the Prospect Name in the list.
